Returns and Refunds
Although we try our best to ensure that each and every order is perfect, we are still human! If we make a mistake, we will absolutely fix the error. But you have to make sure you tell us within 2-3 days of receipt of your item.
We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). If it is not our error, you will be responsible for the shipping to return the item.
If you order a hard hat in error, please let us know immediately so that we can get the error fixed, but you must notify us within 14 days of receipt. You will, however, be responsible for the return shipping costs and the 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted after 14 days.
You should expect to receive your refund within 14 days of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. We process the refunds within 24 hours of receipt of the return. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

VERY IMPORTANT: YOU MUST INCLUDE YOUR ORIGINAL ORDER RECEIPT (OR AT LEAST ORDER NUMBER) SO THAT WE CAN LOCATE YOUR ORDER TO PROCESS THE REFUND! INCLUDE YOUR CONTACT INFORMATION. THE BEST METHOD IS TO HAVE YOUR ORDER RECEIPT THAT YOU RECEIVE WITH YOUR SHIPMENT.
Refunds can only be processed via the original payment method at this time.
